Birth support & feeling safe
Jenny was a complete superstar. My own personal fairy birth mother. All of her qualities brought me so much harmony to my first pregnancy and birth. She was so warm and genuine, I felt at ease in her company straight away and developed a long lasting connection with her, she made me feel like family.
Feeling comfortable made discussing intimate topics with her easy and she was non judgemental, respectful and a treasure trove of information. Always reliable, quick to text or call back any questions I had. Often sending links to articles so I could make decisions for myself. This lead to me feeling very informed and safe with my understandings during pregnancy. Jenny prioritised my health.
Grateful to Jenny that my son entered the world in such a calm environment with no complications and in full health. Jenny's presence throughout the pregnancy and birth continued into life afterwards. Fully supportive in those 1st few days, she visited daily with soup, love and support, it was valued so much to know she was still there. Breastfeeding advice, reassurance, confidence and safety all boosted by her words.
Still in contact now and I feel blessed she was a part of my journey. I shall eternally be grateful for all she has done to ensure the best magical year of my life and would never be able to pay back such a gift

Support for partners & family
Our beautiful baby girl was born at home in the birth pool with the support of Jenny.
Jenny was a vital part of our birth team and the way she held space for both of us during the birth helped us feel safe and supported.
The warmth Jenny has and the way she quietly holds space so powerfully is a real gift that made our dream birth so possible.
My partner was worried he would feel redundant or replaced when we were initially talking about having a doula but Jenny was there for both of us.
We didn't have a doula for the birth of our son and having experience both, what a difference having a doula makes.
If you are thinking about having Jenny on your birth team, we both highly recommend her!

We met Jenny at 38 weeks pregnant for a power/birth prep session as we were facing some pressure from the health care providers to get an early induction, that we felt was unnecessary.
As soon as we met her, we felt empowered by her clam and knowledgeable presence, and luckily for us, she has last minute availability to step in and be on call as our birth doula.
We are so grateful to have met her at the right time, despite having little time to get to know each other she instantly understood our vision and desires and held us intuitively in what we needed

Postnatal care & ongoing support
In the weeks leading up to our daughter's birth, Jenny was on the end of the phone at all times for emotional support, really helping me journey through the waves of pregnancy and land at a place of surrender.
We had experienced a fair bit of intervention from medical system and Jenny helped us slow down, make informed decisions and reconnect our trust in our baby. When she did decide to make her arrival, she was not hanging about - she came in 2 hours and I was so grateful that as soon as I messaged Jenny she set off to join us which meant she got there just in time.
I was in disbelief at how quick our baby was coming but as soon as I saw Jenny's face in front of me, I felt a sense of calm security knowing my birth team was complete and I had protecting presence all around me. I knew at that moment I could do it all alone and it helped me to take that final step inward to deliver my baby calmly at home.
When the midwife arrive and hour later, Jenny had already helped me to deliver the placenta and set myself up to feed on the sofa. As the midwife came to do mine and my daughters checks, I felt Jenny's protection even more as she gently and subtly gave me space to think about every decision.
A few days later, Jenny returned with soup for us and some healing herbs for me. We just feel so incredibly grateful to have met Jenny at the right time and to have such a wise and empowering addition to our birth team.
I am beyond thankful and would highly recommend Jenny's doula services to anyone entering the birth portal.
